Hollywood’s Party of the Year is making history with the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo.
In photographs taken previously of the stand-up comedian Nikki Glaser, the first woman in history to host the 82nd Golden Globes this Sunday, January 5th. On Thursday, January 2nd spotted Glaser sporting a shiny metallic silver matching blazer and pants hosted its red carpet roll-out at The Beverly Hilton.
The event included statements from Golden Globes President Helen Hoehne and host Glaser, herself. Joined alongside Hoehne and Glaser in the red carpet rollout ceremony includes producers and executives Barry Adelman, Glenn Weiss, and Ricky Kirshner, while Dick Clark Productions will plan, host, and produce this annual Golden Globes. The multi-Emmy Award-winning White Cherry Entertainment producing duo Weiss and Kirshner will return as executive showrunners for this year's Golden Globes.
With excitement building over Glaser will bring to a night of laughter to remember in hosting the first major award show of the season. Thanks to Glaser, those watching the Golden Globes at home can download the official Golden Globes bingo card and play along during the award show.
The 82nd Annual Golden Globes will broadcast this upcoming Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on CBS and stream on Paramount+ in the U.S. live and on-demand with SHOWTIME subscribers the day after the special airs.
